i felt like being a troll and playing mill, turns out it actually wins on a consistent basis.
put out tiny things, mill them, wait for them to crack a fetch land, mill some more. use the phantasms to beat face if necessary. if your opponent is playing counter mill (Eldrazi titans) just take it out when convenient with surgical extraction or extirpate. if you are at risk of milling yourself out crack an elixir and gain some life to boot.
