play death wish, put the pokemon card pikachu into your hand (or any card from anywhere, it doesn't specify), play it with eureka or now with Jhoira (the "more" legal option- card used thanks toa suggestion from ajaxsawdy2, eureka still sideboarded to show the original idea), use joiner adept to add yellow and white mana (it says any color mana) to your mana pool, use thunder jolt and you win. : ) of course you should win anyway just because you played pikachu in the first place, your opponent should sensibly admit defeat. lets be serious- you can't beat pikachu.

there is a card in unhinged called r&ds secret lair that says each card plays as it is written.
it'd make the deck work legitemately. it would also be funnier if you used the old versions of wrath of god that say ''bury all creatures''

lol!!!!! you guys are awesome!!! yeah, there are better pokemon cards out there but i figured since pikachu was the most famous id use him. o and thunderjolt does 30 damage. and Jimmy Roquette and MajinKirby, ill take you up on your offers if i ever see you guys!!!! : ) I'm happy people actually like this. i thought originally people would down rate me because i wasted there time. : ) thanks everyone!!!!!!!!

Dude, if you build this deck, you need to get some Mudholes to mutilate (old tradition in our Magic circle). Split 'em in half and glue the back half of them onto Pikachu so that no one will see it coming.

I am really sorry to tell you this, but in the MtG Comprehensive rules, it says that a permanent is defined by its type being either Creature, Enchantment, Artifact, Land, or Planeswalker... Sadly the Pikachu is not any one of those so it is quite flawed because you cannot put . Nice try though :P (Sorry, my judge instincts must tell you this) And honestly other than that it would be legal...

Actually you need another wish card to fetch yourself an energy card to use on pikachu.. You can't use MtG mana on Pikachu.. Just saying but anyway its only for fun so let us assume that MtG's mana is the same as Pokemon's energy.. LOL... Nice.. Me and my friends are also talking about this topic a long time ago... What if pokemon tcg are mixed with MtG, VS, Yugi Oh!, etc.? that would be fun..

lol. depends on what you mean. i think pikachu is the shit, but in the pokemon game i guess it sucks (ive never played it, just collected the cards). i could have used charizard or something. i just chose pikachu because he's the most famous and recognizable one. you can also do yu-gi-oh cards (which would be devastating because they have like power in the 1000s).

Another thing you could do is if you put more creature production in, you could use death wish to bring in blue eyes and all you have to do is sacrifice 2 or 3 creatures, and then you hit them for 3000

Eurika "technicaly" doesnt work.

But jhoria of the ghitu does! (she only specifies Nonland card, and pikachu is NOT a land card)
so just suspend him for four turns and put him (and his energy cards.... if you MUST :p) into play!

I don't know if you can target a player with pikachu, so you might have to use a stuffy doll for the kill shot.

And, it is legal! (well, again... "Technicaly" the wish(s) only pull cards from your sideboard, but ONLY in formal tournament play... so there!)

I mean seriously, how many other ccg's even let you play cards from OTHER ccg's?

Another correction, errata specifiys that its ONLY during SANCTIONED games that you're limited to the cards in your sideboard, in non-sanctioned games it does in fact mean any card that you own thats in reach! (last i checked anyways)

actually hexmage only works on permanents.... believe me i would have miled that by now with the living end card... anyway... aside from having to pay half your life ... because counterspell owns it ...
its a cool idea...
and id use the card that says all cards play as written...
i like that card and someone mentioned it... the old wrath of god says bury all creatures...

he's a pokemon...

Does anyone care about the normal rulings with this deck? It's already as illegal as heck, so why care about that stuff? :x

Just make sure you have 9 cards in the deck... 1 forest 1 swamp 1 mountain 1 jhiora 1 joiner 1 death wish 1 hexmage 2 dark ritual and 1 random other card, you choose. You're not using it anyway. Black lotus would be fun thom then you win even earlier if the bottom card of the deck is a ritual :P

t1: play 1 swamp, ritual, death wish
t2: play 1forest, ritual, joiner, hexmage
t3: play 1 mountain, jhiora
t4: suspend pikachu, sac hexmage and own.
