Combined two challenges into one on this. Make a deck with Descent into Madness and use a combo consisting of Phyrexian Etchings. The main idea of this though is to try and get a big mana pool/ have a Nirkana Revenant on the field before I drop Etchings and Descent into Madness so I can stay ahead of the sacrifice curve by paying the upkeep and discarding the same amount of cards I just drew with Etchings. From there all the graveyard retrieval comes into play with the re-usable Diabolic Servitude, Endrek Sahr tokens and Hell's Caretaker. There should always be plenty of ways to get the creatures I need to maintain my mana from the graveyard and if all goes well my opponent will slowly lose all of his permanents.
