This deck started as the Teferi starter deck... then it became Thassa when i eventually found her. When Jace was announced as a Flip card with a primary side being a Legendary Creature.... i knew i had found my commander. After that i just sort of started gather Jace Cards and adding them. This is as close to Jace Tribal as you get.
Its Mono-Blue.... You counter EVERYTHING, drop a Stormtide Leviathan, and win.
