Loved the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor block. In fact it got me back into MTG after leaving after Kamigawa finished. Here is my budget take on an exclusively Lorwyn/Shadowmoor rogue deck.
Based around Rogues, Prowl, and Goblins. Utilizes Prowl to mitigate mana costs and relies on Prickly Boggart (fear), Nightshade Stinger (flying), and Oona's Blackguard (flying) for cheaper early game hits to power the Prowl. Buffing and tokens create the threat and Banneret + Prowl keeps it cheap for speed.Thoughts or comments? Main criteria while designing was budget, Lorwyn/ Shadowmoor block, and Rogues.Cheers!

Wow, I just finished making a R/B goblin deck today! Lorwyn was by far the coolest cycle of all time. So magical looking, I wanted to go there so bad. Love all the tribes... so many good memories.Would you mind maybe making a <$30 budget deck based around all the major tribes of Lorwyn? Kithkin, Flamekin, Treefolk, Goblin, Giant, Faerie, Elf, Merfolk.. can't remember any more off the top of my head.
