This deck is an unconventional jeskai control deck. The main goal is getting your commander to hit everyone enough times that they die from cmd damage. Everything that doesn't help Ruhan hit more clears it a path.
The play: Ruhan as fast as possible. They got blockers? Send them back to the hand. Your opponents recast them? Counter it. Can't unsummon a whole board? Make him unblockable. Use Aurelia/Combat celebrant to hit two random people per turn, Aurelia+Combat celebrant to hit three people per turn, and Aurelia+Combat celebrant+Medomai+Assault strobe (on Medomai) for 18 consecutive combat steps of pure joy. Then beacon of tomorrows.
