Let's start with the soft stuff. You got Phantasmal Terrain to turn your opponents lands into islands so your Ships can attack them (on top of using their abilites on them) and you can effectively use Part Water (wich gives Islandwalk to X number of your creatures).Coastal Piracy + Talas Warrior is pretty much a free draw when you attack.Now the real deal is Piracy combined with the 2 Rishadan creatures.First you use Piracy to tap all your opponents lands. Next you use that mana (and some of yours) to cast the Rishadans. Now your opponents have no choice but to sacrifice permanents since they can't pay or can hardly do so.Not only it trolls your opponents but it gives you some indirect removal.Crawlspace & Elixir of Immortality are there to spare you some trouble depending on what you face.
