Deck Description

This is a Non-Traditional, Vorthos, Take on a Narset, Enlightened Master edh deck.

How to Play

Usually, most Narset decks revolve around 1 thing, and that is taking near infinite turns.

Since EDH is usually played in multiplayer format, taking ALL the turns is fun for some, but generally not fun for the rest of your group.

Here is a fun, casual vorthos deck that Revolves around Narset. This deck very much plays out like an Uril, The Miststalker deck. Except that now that we have access to blue, we can add some fun unblockable aura in as well.

With the inherent Hexproof and free casts after you attacking, you want to slowly build your commander to a formidable creature.

There are some enchantment/aura tutoring for the situation at hand.

A good way to defend yourself would be with Entangler and any protection from creature aura.

In case of board wipes, you want to have mana ready for faith's reward, or second sunrise.

If you manage to exile razia's purification, or even cast it with your commander out, you can reliably swing for a few turns, all the while attaching enchantments from her effect.

WEAKNESSES:
- Not enough single target removal.
- Not enough mana rocks. Though suggestions are appreciated.
- Defense might be a problem at times.
- Not enough life gain for similar vorthos match ups, though some lifelink auras.

PROS:
- hexproof makes commander hard to deal with
- great tutoring for enchantments
- invisible stalker can serve as an alternate win condition
- Eidelon of countless battles is good on his own as well
- Bruna is included as an alternate win condition as well after a long drawn out game.
- boardwipes are manageable in this deck due to retether, open the vaults, faith's reward, second sunrise and other indestructible auras.
- decent card draw.

Did I also mention this was a budget deck?
Except for Angelic Destiny, and Leyline of anticipation( which I own) this deck comes out to around the $30 range.
This deck isn't the best Vorthos Neset deck out there, but it can certainly be a starting base for anyone who finds this a fun concept.
Not to mention that it can also be supplemented with your own planeswalkers, or other rare aura related cards such as: replenish, kor spirit-dancer, idyllic tutor, etc etc etc.
