I think you might want to drop the mana curve a lot. The spike at 4 and 5 plus the lack of one drops makes this deck really hard to play effectively. I know cuts are hard, but to make this deck better you really need to cut some of those high cost cards.

Ok it is updated how 'bout it now?
Definitely getting better... but your average cmc is still a little bit high. I definitely love Memory plunder, Circu and Lazav, but at least some of your other high costs need to go. I would advise filling in those cards with countermagic, like Spell Pierce, Mana Leak, Counterspell, Negate, and Cancel (not all, just those you like). Highly aggressive decks will not be challenged if you don't have something to defend with early game. The Jace's Phantasm is a great choice, but with only 4, the chances are about 50% you'll have it by turn 2. Again, the deck is super spicy, but it just needs some action early game or it will get overrun.
Added some cheap counter-spells, I just want it to be worth it to buy the deck, and not waste my money, so thank you for the help.
