There are a lot of searches anyway and so a decent chance anyone you play will do that themselves. Try searching card text with something involving "search" or "may" search or things like that. Also, if you're playing T2 then don't worry too much about older cards.

You might look into Howling Mine and also dropping 2 Traumatize as if you happen to draw 3 or 4 then any after the first two played don't do much for you--assuming opponent's library has 60 cards when you play the first, which is unlikely, then it's down to 30. The second puts it around 15. The third would only put it at 7 and the fourth is then truly useless.

You may run into problems whel trying to mill without playing with black. I dont see any answers in here to any mythic eldrazi, which shuffle their graveyard back in their library. There are multiple answers to this in black, one of which is leyline of the void. Another possibility is the new scars cdard, memrocide. I would reccomend going black blue. Other than that, looks like a fine mill deck.
(Also you may want to consider fetch lands to activate hedron crab more often)

Having the black mill cards would help. Extirpate, Haunting Echoes, Bitter Ordeal, Cranial Extraction, Lobotomy. Extract may be useful for blue, but I only have it in my sideboard in case opponent has an Ulamog. Also counterspells like Counterbore, Bribery, Quash may help too, but I don't use cause they cost a lot of mana. I would suggest replacing some cards to combo with the Hedron Crabs' landfall mill ability. Cards like Daze is just awesome with hedrons, Verdant Catacombs, Terramorphic Expanse, Evolving Wilds, Dimir Aqueduct and Mistvein Borderposts will all double up your landfalls. I would also get as many Howling Mines and Font of Mythos as possible. Drawing cards is almost as good as milling. To focus on using Twincasts as your deck's main strength requires having other low mana powerful instant or sorcery spells that could end the game. This is cause it ends up only being useful if you can use Twincast to really help you mill a bunch. You have no good powerful low mana milling cards, like Glimpse the Unthinkable, so they won't really help. Mill decks work better if they are fast, cause defense is not an option. Jace's Erasures is really your best straight mill card you have in there. Take a look at mine. If you want to ask something I'll try to help too.

keep the echo mages. they are usefull to couple with call to mind and tome scour. run 2 traumatize, and run a Memory Erosion. every time your opponent casts a spell, they mill 2. Also, splash black through cards like Haunting Echoes, memoricide, Mind Funeral, Nemesis of Reason, Psychic Drain, Painful Quandary (as backup win con.) and/or Inexorable Tide to speed up your Jace.

Try running Grind Clock.

Definately run cards that tap for multiple mana, or creature/artifact mana generators. They will help bring that Keening Stone out quick.

Partial Mana Acceleration: nemesis of reason coupled with Explorer's Scope, and have a Walking Atlas. Tap walking atlas, play an additional land from your hand, attack with Nemesis (mills 10) then you have a chance of getting another land onto the field.

use font of mythos + howling mine + Spellbook if you want to mill them through Jace's Erasure. in which case go red/blue mill-runeflare and have runeflare trap as your alternate win condition.

You've pretty much got most of mono blue's milling machine here, only thing i can suggest is sanity grinding.. You can go for a 'mill them quick' approach or go more of a turbo draw with fonts and mines but with more control.. In terms of splicing with other colours, black is the obvious choice - Glimpse, Mind funeral etc.. With black you get the joys of creature removal and extraction ie sadistic sacrament, circu... You can go further and add green for mana accel and ramp with birds of paradise, and add other elements of removal like putrefy and maelstrom pulse.. Green allows a lot of recursion with recollect etc. so you can re-use your spells.. Add lord of extinction or vulturous zombie for another win condition.. You can go red and add burn for your control with pyromancers' ascension, but i find it pretty inconsistent.. And theres white, but i've said enough, just click on my profile and you'll see heaps of mill decks/mess..

You can still have a solid deck going mono blue. And having a Jace, the Mind Sculptor obviously wouldn't hurt. I would use 4 Jace Beleren's, Hedron Crabs, lots of fetch lands, take advantage of artifacts like Grindstones, Fonts, Mines, Mesmeric Orbs if your going for speed. If you build for more control you can add some higher mana mill cards like Traumatize, Keening Stone, Wheel and Deal, Forced Fruition, and Telemin Performance are decent. You would need more counterspells, Mana Leak, Muddle the Mixture, Daze, Stifle, Trickbind and Spellstutter Sprite. For removal I use Gilded Drakes which are really key. Card drawing still helps with Brainstorm, Mystical Tutor, Ponder or newer stuff like Preordain, Augury Owl, Treasure Hunt. Call to Mind is nice, but for mill decks I think Mnemonic Wall is better cause you get some defense. For more blue control add Propagandas, Evacuations, Wash Outs, Upheaval. If there is a mono blue land that can become a creature, that would help. That's all I got for mono blue. I would advise adding black just for more card selection and options. I would even suggest adding white too, just for its awesome for removal.

you should probably have no halimar depths because it comes into play tapped. if you want to run 8 searching lands, you need basic lands and non-basic ones that come into play not tapped.

Take out Guard Gomazoa and add some removal maybe?

Unsummon, Doom Blade, Cancel etc.

Just a suggestion.
