Start out with a few low casting creatures and enchantments to build devotion, then once you have a few blue Mana symbols start playing master of waves, if you can copy the master of waves with clever impersonator and then bounce master of waves back to you're hand with curfew. Then you enchant you're master of waves or clever impersonator with followed footsteps, then you enchant yourself with Paradox haze, making you're enchanted master of waves trigger off its enchantment. Then you enchant master of waves or Impersonator with infinite reflection. Then you play stasis, lock down the other player, you won't have an untap phase but you're enchantment will trigger causing you're non token creatures to enter the battlefield as copies of enchanted creature, boom there you have it blue aggro with unlimited token generation and very big elementals.
