Built this deck for fun, really budget. About $12 without lands. Also you could probably switch obzedat with the one mythic vampire dude from Dragons maze but I didn't just because I thought it'd be more fun without attacking. Idea started with sleeper agent and pacifism. If you guys want me to built fun gimmick decks more let me know, I love doing stuff like this and quite a lot of my decks aren't published.

Great work and original! You should find a way to make the agent indestructible! Exquisite blood and sanguin bond would be great in this (not sure if they are format legal for it though, I dont stay up on that well).

Hm, this is kindof a one-trick-pony, though, it stops regular creatures dead but that's about it. Any deck basing on something else would brush this aside, right? I mean, there is zero enchantment/artifact removal. You'll have a hard time against planeswalkers as well (note that you can only redirect *damage* to planeswalkers, not loss of life!). And your 16 Pacifism-type enchantments don't prevent come-into-play or leave-play effects, continous effects, statebased effects, tiggered effects or even activated effects for that matter.So, I would certainly diversify that assortment of enchantments. There is a reason why Oblivion Ring (or Banishing Light), for example, is so popular. And you should consider upgrading some of those enchantments to:- One Thousand Lashes- Arrest/Faith Fetters- Prison Termand maybe replace a few with regular removal. Utter End for example is affordable for everyone.

If your looking for ideas, Trinisphere, Ghostly Prison, Worship, Defense Grid and Tangle Wire while not budget may be ideas for you.

If you focus on aura enchantments maybe sigarda's aid will help the deck. I was inspired by looking at this deck to create a majority enchantment stall deck with a lot of the same cards and flavor but potentially altered to affect different types of decks instead of just heavy creature, other enchantments, artifacts, etc. http://www.mtgvault.com/skilledzero/decks/extra-cautious/
Love it! Even though it breaks the $20 budget I feel like it pulls it off much better. Also I love the doomwake, it was my intro pack rare back when I first started playing. Still have it in fact. Strangely enough that was right when Fate Reforged came out so I was VERY far behind
Yeah, the Luminarch Ascension is a little expensive but I think it works well in the theme. I'm looking into finding a way to flash these enchantments onto the field or some way to pull what I want out.

There's these two cards, one is whenever you gain life, your opponent loses that much, the other card is whenever your opponent loses life, you gain that much life. Forgot what these enchantments are called, but I'm sure they'd both work well in this deck. You've got my like!
Also, tainted remedy would fit.

Seems really fun =) I don't know about tournament play but I think it'll be a blast in casual play, maybe add some of the other myr that tap for other colors too cause They help you get to your bigger stuff a lot easier than I think you can do now
I tried to make a deck around this creature. It eventually evolved into my Bazaar Trader deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/kjk1932/decks/take-it-i-insist/) and Sleeper Agent had to be sideboarded for being too slow to make a sizable dent in some opponents or being too vulnerable to stay on the field long enough. Oh, well. I tip my hat to you and your virulent bloodsucker of a deck, good sir.

Hah, I remember her. Still wish she had a deck in standard to be honest. I love things have better stats than cost and deathtouch and lifelink are sweet. I switched her out with tithe drinker, and yeah I know the whole legend rule so she shouldn't be a 4 of but I think she could do very well with the strategy

That's not a "rating", it's "likes". You can "like" decks for dozens of reasons. Also, it's on Hot Page because it has a certain number of likes. And everything on hot page gets more attention and therefore likes. You might recognize that as a positive feedback loop that has, at some point, nothing to do anymore with quality. This wasn't built with modern in mind, it was built to be a fun and slightly unique budget deck for casual play. If I were to be posting something competitve I would have posted a Jund list but I didn't. I keep decks like that private when making my own builds because they offer nothing new or interesting to the community. This on the other hand appeals to casual players or people who like to build cheap silly decks because magic isn't just about winning.
Im confused about the purpose of "Orzhov Basilica", I don't see the purpose of bouncing your own lands without effects on land enter or kidnapping opponents permanents. (Is price the factor?). Seems like "Scoured barrens" would be a better pick? Gain some sustain while suffering from :enters tapped:
It wouldn't hurt to have Scoured Barrens, but I think he just has the Basilica for the two mana it makes

I just personally like the bouncelands, nothing special about it. I think I could bring the land count down some since it's in there though, or change it to scoured barrens. Barrens would probably be more optimal but like I said, I like the bouncelands

this deck has a good idea but there are lots of imrovements depending on how much u want to spend. starting with lands going cheap evolving wilds but i prefer any kind of dual. vizkopa guildmage is great. urborg, tomb of yawgmoth wouldnt hurt. archangel of thune is just awesome. id drop the enchants for some real removal going cheap id say victim of night, doom blade, ultimate price. id prefer path to exile and go for the throat unmake and vindicate are good toim making a legacy talk pg if anyone want to lookhttp://www.mtgvault.com/vaan104/decks/legacy-staples/

I like the deck, and the idea behind it but I would recommend putting vampire nighthawk, and basilisk Collar, and Dark Ritual but it would change the main idea behind the deck of not attacking. Something to remember if you have multiple instances of lifelink, it triggers twice. Ex: Nighthawk with Basilisk collar you would gain 4 life because of the two instances of lifelink. I also like the card Crypt Rats as a board wipe.

If it is worded "Whenever this creature deals damage you gain that much life" then you do gain twice as much life. However lifelink doesn't work that way, only the old wording. Thats why Exalted Angel is worded like that in FTV Angels
What about playing Viskopa Guildmage. You have a sac outlet that makes sure you gain life, you have an Obsedat that keeps going in and out of the game.

Consider: Blind Hunter, 1 x Orzhova, Church of Deals, Roiling Horror, Agent of Masks, perhaps even run Dash Hopes instead of Oppressive Rays, Hissing Miasma also does wonders.
