Chandra... you're, you're, YOU'RE NOT USLESS THIS TIME! YAY! Finally, a good print of Chandra! In a mono red burn deck it should be easy to flip her and she should perform well once flipped. Lets pretend turn four with four lands. Tap for one damage, play lightning bolt, tap for one, lightning bolt, tap for one, flip, use plus for two damage, use two remaining mana for another burn (searing spear maybe). That's 14 damage in one turn, and in burn, that could easily be game. Only thing I'm a little disappointed about is the minus, but still, it's not a terrible ability. Overall, great card.
