I needed to make a block deck for a commander league for within my play group. I'm relatively new to magic and was searching through legends on the magic the gathering search function and found the sliver legion and thought that it would be fun to play. And seeing as there is a wide range of slivers to pick from the Time Spiral block I thought I'd give it a go.
Main goal is to get as many slivers out as possible, specifically any that pump the rest up, and Pulmonic Sliver as this gives all flying. Another option is to get the Wild Pair out and start putting down twice the number of slivers. Then play Sliver Legion and run the board.
