the best way to make use of narset's ability is to have no creatures, so that is what i went with. the goal is to get lots of free spells with her and abuse the broken ones like omniscience, extra turn affects (combined with planeswalkers), tutoring spells, etc
play carefully until narset is cast and odn't make yourself a threat, let them underestimate your creatureless board state and then start getting insane free spells
