i have seen a lot of orzhov 8 rack builds, and it might just be me but i see no real benefit to adding white into the equation. it seems that mono black is just better, so i decided to craft a back to the basis mono black version of 8 rack that i still believe is stronger than white variants.
the goal is to make your opponent discard down as much as possible. lay down rack and enchantments to bring the pain and dark confidant to draw more at very low life cost due to the very low curve, and then just force your opponent to discard constantly as they pay severely for it. no need for thought seize of inquisition when their hand is never going to be large enough to matter and anything they discard will hurt.
