Deck Description

i had this idea back when hangarback was spoiler in origins, but the deck wasn't consistent enough with only one real threat, but walking ballista changed that. the goal is to get a few harden scales effects up by turn 2-3 and then cast arcbound creatures and the walker and ballista for very little while still getting counters.
sideboard explained:
thoughtseize: gets rid of creatures fatal push doesn't kill before they are cast and other problems that fatal push can't solve
spellskite: great way to save arcbound ravager or winding constrictor from dying to removal, as they enable the rest of the deck
surgical extraction: hits affinity hard ad helps against gifts ungiven
oxidize: torpor orb and challice of the void punich this deck, so if they might sideboard it in, oxidize it out. also helpful against affinity and some parts of tron

How to Play

the goal is to get a few harden scales effects up by turn 2-3 and then cast arcbound creatures and the walker and ballista for very little while still getting counters. dark confidant is a virtually free draw with the whole deck having CMC less than 2. use ballista to ping the opponent to death or walker to create a ton of tokens. ravager can help boost both of them by sacing to itself and sacing arcbound worker. fatal push is bare necessity removal and scavenging ooze helps punish grave decks while also getting disgusting levels of use from hardening scales and winding constrictor.
