October 27 at FNM (MGC Madness Games & Comics, TX) I went 4-0 with the current list above.
ReSt13HyDro15, I'm not running Goblin Chieftain because of the enchantment in the deck Quest for the Goblin Lord. The chief is more powerful for sure, but I wanted the Token generation with Goblin Rabblemaster to get counters on the Quest enchantment. Also, I found that when playing FNM my opponents always sideboard in board wipe cards like Anger of the Gods, Wrath of God, All is Dust and so on... This is why I prefer Token generating cards in this deck; they help rebuild your board to fight thru all of the mass creature killing cards in Modern. Thanks for the question, Cheers!

Man I love rats. This Deck is sweet. I am going to update this list so I can play it in Modern! (taking out 4x Dark Ritual & 4x Carrion Rat and adding 4x Victim of Night 2x Swarm of Rats & 2x Ravenous Rats)

CJReedemption, I added a splash of Green to the deck for Collected Company. You were 100% correct, the deck is so much faster than before. Thanks again
I updated the build with 3x Smuggler's Copter. It helps filter your card draw and gets zombies in the graveyard. (and zombie a flying helicopter is funny...)
CJReedemption, Good advice! I own 3x Collected company, 4x Batanical Sanctum and 2x Breeding Pool.....so I think I might give it a try. Also some of the Merfolk in the upcoming set Ixalan are Green and look cool. Might as well splash green now, lol. Thanks for the comments!

Played this deck at my local FNM, ended up going 3-1! Only match I lost was to Eldrazi Tron but it was close. One game I was able to cast Claim on a Vexing Devil with the opponent at 5 life. They let Vexing Devil stay in play, forgetting about Fame. So I cast Fame on the Devil and attacked for lethal damage! So much FUN
This list looks sweet, I have always liked Tribal Decks.I would try replacing the Konda's Banner with Honor of the Pure. The Banner is sweet with Isamaru but Honor of the Pure will pump all your creatures without Isamaru being in play. Its the same casting cost and I think Honor is less than $1, just something to think about.Cheers!

Your deck looks sweet. I would: add 4x Ghost Quarter (or other land you have, you should have around 23 total for the mama curve of this deck)remove 1x Night's wisper , 1x Go for the throat, 1x Tragic slip 1x Guul Draz vampire.This should help you get Nocturnus in play on turn 4 more often and have less one land opening hands.
