This is a fun standard outlook on effectively using select plains walkers to win you games. It is fun, more strategic to play, but defiantly something NOT in the Meta.
You want to get your mana first so using attune or your Oath of Nissa to get you what you need. You will also have a TON of creature hate early on to compete against the creature heavy meta. You typically want your Heart of Kiran turn two so you can have turn three the availability of killing creatures or if there is only one creature on their board turn three you can play Oath of Liliana, to make them sacrifice it. Then turn four you should have your Oath of Nissa out already from turn one hopefully, so you can play either Tamiyo or Arlinn, and when you do you can use them to crew your Heart of Kiran to tick for damage or card draw, then, since you played a plains walker spell you get a 2/2 Zombie at the end of your turn from Oath of Liliana. Now You may get a Sylvan advocate instead of the Heart or you might not have kill spells so you will be set back. If they have too many creatures and you are over run you will side board most likely Yaheeni's expertise for Oath of Liliana's, so you can have creature hate, and get to drop something with CMC 3 or less. If it is only one creature you have a problem with then you can trade in the harnessed lightnings for the Unlicensed disintegrations, all three for all three. And if they have a token deck, or something will just all smaller creatures, then you could just run your Chandra, Flamecallers, but typically the Expertise's do it for you.
