Vampiric Link. Enchantment. 1 black mana. "Whenever enchanted creature deals damage.... you gain that much life" <<<< very good if they get your creature cause now when they damage you. for 3 or something. you gain 3 life. It nulls them out.

I have like 2 different decks that kind of do what your doing here. My Consume yourself deck is big creatures for cheap mana that have "negative effects" but you just sac them to kill your opponent with cards like dying wish or consumption. // lost wood deck from Zelda has some unique wins to it ... but killing them isn't likely a option...
