Kukemssa Pirates + Liquimetal Coating = STEAL EVERYTHING! This deck is an attempt to make Kukemssa Pirates and Liquimetal Coating more playable together by making it unblockable. Just keep swinging and use Liquimetal Coating to make stuff artifacts so you can steal it. Hopefully outrunning their ability to get attackers on the board. Eventually you should be able to get Deepchannel Mentor out to make all your creatures unblockable, until then there is Writ of Passage to get things going. Renegade Doppelganger and Cryptoplasm are also handy to get a few potential copies on the board before dropping the Pirates, so you can surprise the opponent with several of them at once. Followed Footsteps accelerates you Pirate hoard growth, once you can afford it. Body Double is handy if you get board wiped. Pyroclasm, anyone? Quicksilver Gargantuan is...well...big and smashy. EDIT: Replaced Body Double with Memnarch, for faster artifact creation and theft.

Have you thought of using memnarch? He can turn stuff into artifacts to make more targets for you to steal. Also helps by stealing things as well... Sorry, I'm not very good at blue decks, but I wanted to try to help.
