This deck has many interesting lines. It is at it's core an aggro deck, but has cards like insolent neonate, collected company and asylum visitor to keep it from running out of gas
Generally, you'd rather play a turn one Neonate over the Falkenrath Gorger. Even though the gorger has one extra attack, the Neonate can sacrifice itself at will to provide cycle. PLaying neonate can also allow a turn two free bloodghast. If you don't have to be as aggressive, keep the neonate alive; as it is an incredibly mediocre target for your opponent to spend removal spells on.The way one should think about this deck is the synergistic divide between the discard outlets and the discard targets. Managing your resources to make sure each outlet has a target will ensure your path to success.
