i find myself leaning toward control decks that have a long game win condition. i absolutely love assemble the legion and bitterblossom. just sit back and hate on everything and let them pump out your win.

Example: Eidolon of the Great Revel I have found myself making decks designed around the idea of using that card as a defensive way to win. Either you run white protection sells like circle protections/creatures with protection from red/pyroclasm type spells OR you run Great Revel in a mono red deck with alternative casting cost spells like Fireblast and Pyrokinesis and back it up with Pyrostatic Pillar.
