The deck is trying to take advantage of the card advantage that can be generated from Courser and Reaper, while using the green mana acceleration to not fall behind from so many dual/scry lands. Whip and obzedat provide a lot of synergy. Repear can be tough to remove, and Herold of Torment allows you to go up and over. I see Sanguine blood as a finisher maybe. It allows an all out attack where just gaining life could be enough damage to finish an opponent. I think the weakness is the land, which might need some work.
