When I first saw the four color commanders I immediately picked the group hug one, although it had one of the worst pre-con decks, the general is amazing. The deck is expensive for commander so I recommend fixing the mana base to accommodate your finances, but most of the non-land cards are necessary because they do so good for the deck. ( Consecrated Sphinx, Oracle of Mul Daya, Seedborn Muse, Bloom Tender, Etc. )
Control the game enough while creating tokens and dealing little damage, then when you have the right change go for a big play with Insurrection or Avenger of Zendikar. It'll be useful to hold your counter magic for these to win the game. Otherwise there is a card named Treacherous Terrain which usually wins the game, but requires set up.
