Deck Description

Some of my favorite sets are the lorwyn and shadowmoor blocks. I thought the faeries fromt hem may have the potential to make a good deck because of the power of vendilion clique and bitterblossom. I went through every fairy card and some very good control staples as well as some extra cards i found via very tedious searching and came up with this deck. I do feel it needs to be fine tuned though and hope to do so over time. Any suggestions are welcome, I'd very much like to make this a working competitive deck.

How to Play

The basic idea is using the control oriented faeries, sorin, and the instant and sorcery line up to control the board until about mid to late game and then using the cards oona's prowler, scion of Oona, Oona, bitterblossom, creeping tar pit, and exsanguinate to finish the game.

Some card explanations-

Oona, Queen of the Fae
Oona is one of the better faeries in the game. Most are garbage if I'm being honest. Oona is not only one of the better faeries, but she can also provide the deck with control through her milling ability, chump blocks through her tokens, and her tokens can provide a much-needed boost for spellstutter by the late to mid game.

Oona's Prowler
Oona's prowler is in my opinion the best faerie outside Vendilion Clique. A 3/1 flying for 2 mana is great and his potential hand advantage makes him even better. Add Scion of Oona to the mix and Prowler gets even better.

Scion of Oona
Scion of Oona is a surprisingly versatile card. His flash ability makes him a powerful instant that can save your faeries from incoming spells, buff them to take out incoming creatures, and provide an expected power boost to all your attackers for those moments when your opponent lets their guard down and chooses not to block or for just finishing the game.

Spellstutter Sprite
Spellstutter Sprite provides the best counter outlet for the deck. Laying down large amounts of low-cost faeries through normal summoning and token effects allows her to surpass mana leak, logic knot, and other similar counters.

Exsanguinate
Exsanguinate is not a necessarily power card. It can cost quite a lot to make a significant impact on the game with it but it can also potentially turn the tide of battle or even outright end the game, that along with its lifegain helping negate bitterblossom's downside allow it to be at least a situationally valuable card.

I do have some choices or idea that I question or do not know how to implement. Glen Elendra Archmage doesn't seem as good as should could be if and I have considered removing her and I think I could maybe run more early game control and some more powerful cards in general to help support the deck.

I could also use some suggestions for a sideboard.
