Hi Emrakul might not be your best bet since you cannot reanimate him . Ulamog the ceaseless hunger is a 10/10 indestructible creature that can be reanimated or pahtrazer of ulamog is a 9/9 with annihilator 3 that can also be reanimated.

Exactly . In most cases the chump blockers keep you alive and the retract and storm effect kill.
Abeyance might also be good . that would make it a control deck where you simply use Isochron and (orim / silence / abeyance ) to prevent him from playing and isochron + (the sword to plowshares / path to exile) to kill his creatures . I would remove the leyline and the ensnaring bridge it you have the above mentioned combo
Isochron scepter might be a good addition
Hi I like your deck. I would replace the mind grind with breaking/entering . Works better with Snapcaster Mage interaction. Also I would add 2 more Snapcaster Mages as they grant a huge advantage . Snap + (Glimpse or breaking or mind funeral) very painfull.
