Basically, you want to get your Curiosity Aura onto Niv-Mizzet to get cards, and in turn, kill the opponent. Also, if possible, play Slip Through Space on Niv-Mizzet and Slip also lets you draw a card. You want to keep the board in your favor by countering spells with Remand, Mana Leak, and Spell Pierce. Also, if you don't want to pay 3 life to search for your Shockland and have it come in untapped, just search at instant speed with the Fetchland on the opponent's end step.
