It's a really Really REally REAlly REALly REALLy REALLY fast deck:D The ideal hand: 1 vault of whispers, 1 sol ring, 1 memnite, 1 mox opal, 1 frogmite, 1 myr enforcer, 1 somber hoverguard. At the first round you'll have these creatures: 1/1, 2/2, 4/4, 3/2 flying ( it means that 2nd round 10 damage, 3rd victory) It's frightening isn't it? If you think too please like. I'm waiting for ideas which can get better this deck. FYI, Sol Ring is NOT legal in Legacy, only legal in Commander and Vintage as "one of only". Sorry, deck slows down otherwise. Still good, not great.
Yea, Mammon666 is right. You could drop the rings and go for 2 Darksteel Ingots and 2 Darksteel Citadels.

I've gotta say, you should add in a tinker and a big guy (say, oh i don't know, Dark/blight steel?) for backup plan. Its a turn 2-3 instant win with 10 infect, and hes got 13 attack... Great, fast deck, love to see it.

If you ever were to decide to add white, Glint Hawk would make Turn 1 even crazier. Return the mox opal to hand and play it again for two free mana on turn one. Still though, awesome job rushing things out.

I have quite the artifact deck myself. Not quite as fast as that but it has answers and swarms really fast.
This deck is illegal in every format. You have too many copies of several cards presented here.
