I wanted to use the combo of Corrosive Mentor and Nest of Scarabs to create an almost infinite number of 1/1 black insects. Now I know it's not infinite but the little bugs can get out of hand fast. I also didn't want to worry to much about mana so I made it mono black. I also limited the number of infect creatures because that wasn't my idea for its main win condition. Still working on the deck and trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.
Try to get nest of scarabs on the battlefield as quick as possible and then abuse cards that indiscriminately put -1/-1 counters on creatures. Crumbling Ashes and Blowfly Infestation also can work well together killing almost anything your opponent plays.
