Ixalan Deck Idea: The Little Mermaid (Merfolk Tribal)

When I saw Ixalan spoilers and saw the Merfolk, I knew I wanted to make a Merfolk Deck. However, I'm caught between making the Deck Simic (UG), for more consistency and creatures, or making the Deck Sultai, (BGU) though making the deck less consistent, having the removal may be invaluable. What I'm asking is the community's opinions on this matter. Post your opinions in the comments.
