Where is the Welcome Deck 2017?

I noticed it was not an option while adding Victory's Herald to my deck. The only available options are older editions which are not listed on this site as standard legal, when in fact they are.

We're really shit at getting the sort of 'promo' decks in (this includes duel decks). So I am sorry about that! We'll get it added... eventually
