I wanted to try a variant of the typical ponza deck that was more LD heavy. I still need to test it but thus far the opening hands I've been seeing look pretty good.
You more or less try to ramp out a 3 drop spell on turn 2 or possibly even turn 1. LD is the name of the game so getting a turn 1 Stone Rain or turn 2 Mwonvuli is ideal. Boom is going to set us slightly behind in addition to them but its worth it if we can follow it up with one of our creatures/plainswalkers.
