Chalice of Life / Chalice of Death? It's a great game ender, and you should be able to flip it easily.

The problem is I don't know what I would take out to make room for Chalice of Life.
Either Honor of the Pure, which doesn't affect your life gain strategies much; or Spectral Procession. Or a mix of the two? Remember, the Chalice closes games fast, and without the need to attack.
"Felidar Sovereign" would be another win-option for a life-gain deck, tough it's harder to protect and costs more to play.
I went ahead and added the chalice, felidar just costs too much mana.
Felidar Sovereign is a deck of its own, one that requires a very different build.
