yeah i forgot about the Grasp of Darkness, i also was thinking of of Filigree Familiar, idk, i like the card and it reminds me of sad robot
Familiar is cute. Its a good filler, not sure if it is more than that. I think the best comparison is Prophetic Prism.As Prism does not fix your mana (mono black) its 2 mana for an artifact that replaces itself on enter.Familiar is 3 mana for a 2/2, which gives 2 life on enter and replaces on leave.Familiar seems to do a bit more but is not an Aetherborn, little flavor fail?!
