Proliferate inspired me to build many decks, but I wanted to maximize it's potential. This deck does exactly that by ramping and buffing first, then withering or destroying your opponent next.
Always get energy chamber or chalice out. These cards start the game and finish it. Next bring out the creatures and proliferation. Finally you will either attack to kill, or use tezzeret's final ability to one shot your opponent. Use doom blade to destroy your walker to achieve maximum damage.
