I would definitely play Dark Petition. I lost to a BUG variant of this (just the tree and triskadec however you spell it) and he put the enchantment into play, tutored for the tree and I just there hoping my draw was Declaration in stone or Nahiri.
Just curious, what is the purpose of the Graf Rats/Midnight Scavengers combo in this deck?
If the tokens from garrson live, then you can ealy swing for the win with just the 4 creatures you will have that will be at least 2/1 menace, as well as two 1/1 creatures.
You've shoved all the new mechanics and two combos into a deck, and managed to still include other viable wincons... I love it.
I like "Trees-kaidekaphobia" as a name too. This looks like a fun combo to pull off.

Other than it having 61 cards, I like it. I would just take a card out and it would probably run ore smoothly.
I like the deck,but I think it is lacking direct damage. Go down 2 Soul Separator, 2 Kalitas, and 2 Hanweir Garrison and replace with direct damage.
I like this deck. How has it played?
so it has three win cons, Tree +soul seperator = tap to make your oppenets life total 1Tree+ triskadeckaphoba = loss in your upkeep for the oppenetDemnic pact (after three turns)+ offering = you win in your opppenets upkeep.You have to work out your oppenets gameplan and try and get to the combo that will win your the game most easly, and get the combo bits to stick though remval and aggro. Gaining life off your pacts and kalitas, or playing out your dudes and swining for the win with chittering host.Its all about working out what combo your oppenet cant beat, and focusing on getting that one to go off.After testing this though i would rccomrnd having cards like, firy impuse, painful truths and langish in the side to take out the least effetive combo and replace it with draw and control.
A great deck, love the combos, but the budget deck tag isnt exactly accurate...
