Deck Description

I had an epiphany last week after going 3-2 at FNM again (I refuse to netdeck)- I normally build my decks around a concept I like, but what if I built a deck based on what OTHER people are trying to do? This deck is designed to counteract the new graveyard and activated ability heavy decks that my local metagame is playing. It is based deck designed to lock down your opponent until you can get the knockout blow-Blightsteel!

White/Blue to control everything until the final bell tolls.

As this is very new (for me at least), plz feel free to offer advice. I KNOW IT NEEDS WORK! The sideboard are cards I am considering.

Deck discussion for Grafdigger Lockdown

looks like a good deck , (and i see what you do with the mage and amulet) you should think about Seacrom coast(SP?), i would remove the myr and the amulet, use 2 more Trinket Mage, and 4 1 drop blue guys, take a look at a few of my decks might give you an idea / for a few home brew or way to tweek this one / best of luck

Thanks for the input! I agree on the seachrome coast, but I will have to buy them. Instead of 1 drop blues, I was thinking of chimeric mass (impervious to wrath) but will research 1 drops (delver is an ez choice). I like ur point that the deck should lean on the trinket mage more (which also gets out a cage). The myr's were included to help play the colossus.

I will check out your decks right now. Thanks for the input!
