This is a deck that I have won many, many times with. It's quick on the uptake, and devastating during battle. Nykthos, Shine to Nyx non-basic lands are paramount when using a mono-coloured deck. Try your hand at this deck and see what you think. All comments are welcome.
Of course, chance is most present in this game, but the best way to play this particular deck is to bombard your opponents with soldier creature tokens while waiting to play your main creatures. Palace Guard parred with the Heart of Light enchantment aura is truly devastating to your opponents; place Armored Ascension on it as well and you can block everything that your opponents send at you or your planeswalkers.04/22/2017 - Dahandron suggested some great cards that started me thinking. I've included a sideboard selection that would turn this deck into a +1/+1 counters deck that seems to work well with the main deck. I've played the deck now for a couple of weeks with the sideboard cards and it is tremendously awesome. Thanks Dahandron!

I would put in secure the wastes, great late game card for this deck. One W and x , put x 1/1 white soldier tokens onto the battlefeild. Also, a nyxfleece ram, archangel of thune synergy would work well with the counter theme

Thanks, Dahandron. I do have Secure the Wastes in my Warrior deck. I have a niche that I only play "like" cards in my decks. I like the combo of Archangel of Thun and Nyx-Fleece Ram and have included those cards in the sideboard. I also placed some other cards into the sideboard that change the deck into a +1/+1 counters deck.
