This deck goes directly after your opponent's lands. Contaminated Ground and Pooling Venom make the opponent kill themselves, and Rishadan Port ensures they tap those lands whether they want to or not!Then start using some Spreading Algae to pick off their lands that you need gone. Obviously it combos with Contaminated Ground in a pinch, but the real beauty of it is how it combos with Urborg: basically, Algae becomes a 1 CMC kill spell for lands. And with Port or especially Mana Web out, that's a LOT of land destruction!Before long, the opponent will be forced to pay big chunks of life every time they try to play a spell. Note I said "try", as Dash Hopes can negate those spells...or at the very least, REALLY make them pay!And with Abrupt Decay, Putrefy, Maelstrom Pulse, Damnation, and Liliana, even things they do sneak into play aren't long for this (contaminated) world!
