The main idea behind this deck is to casually buff your mana-ramping elves with ELVISH ARCHDRUID and IMPERIOUS PERFECT so as to do away with attackers. DOUBLING CHANT can get your elves fairly powerful fairly fast, and in the end you cam simply play WORLDSPINE WURM and utterly vanquish your opponent.

You're much better off with a Craterhoof rather than worldspine. Also Priest of Titania over Archdruid.

I'm guessing those are absent because of the "hates spending money" clause. Those are both good suggestions though, they'd probably power up the deck.

Priest is 30 cents more than archdruid. You also only need one craterhoof...

Beastmaster Ascension, is a fun alternative win condition making all the scrawny elves all roided out if worldspine does not work. Also its fairly inexpensive.
