Tribal multiplayer deck: Vampires! Synergy is the keyword here. Captivating Vampire and Bloodline keeper have probably the best synergy, as creating vampire tokens will allow you to take control of your opponents creatures. Besides that, they also make your vampires stronger, which become very difficult to handle once it snowballs.
There are some cheap creatures that are very handfull (Blood artist + Blood Seeker) and some Dark Rituals to get things going. Any 3 or 4 drops should get things started. Just drop everything ASAP, and start dropping your opponents one by one. You will be the focus on the table most likely sooner than later. Fire Convenant can take care of those pesky blockers, but be careful to not spend too much life on it. Also, it synergizes really well with Blade of the Bloodchief.
