A budget vampire deck that's under $25.The majority of the vampire lords cost a bit of $$$ so to replace that option I decided to use Bad moon.
This deck is fairly straight forward, play creatures, kill their things. You want to hope you come out of the gates hopefully with a one drop and get some small points of damage in. At turn two is when your options start opening up. This deck contains 24 two drops so you'll hopefully have some action with creatures like Gited Aetherborn, Asylum Visitor, or Stromkirk Condemned, or even an unkicked Gatekeeper of Malakir. Remember, you can madness out an Asylum Visitor if you discard it to Stromkirk Condemned's ability. If you don't have any creatures you can hold up kill spells or Sign in Blood yourself to hopefully dig you into more action. You can also possibly play a Bad Moon to pump up your creature you played turn one.

$25 is a very low budget. Good thing the card I want to suggest is only $0.50 a pop: Lashwrithe. Slapping a Lashwrithe on a Vampire Nighthawk results in awesomeness :P

I really love the list. its budget, but its also really high impact per card. A+! I think smother may be better than doomblade if you plan on playing this in a meta where deaths shadows are running around
I like the deck. May I suggest Walk the Plank instead of Doom Blade.
