How about adding in these cards from Future Sight? Veilstone Amulet, Cloud Key and if you want, how about Akroma's Memorial. other spells you can play would probably be counter spells, or pump up, or burn. depends on the competition. maybe add some small board burn like pyroclasm. it depends.

yo! dragonkar how about this one the pump up sliver helps to defend themselves like the muscle and simew the evo. charm and recollect helps to recover the creature that was sacrificed for the necrotic sliver, telekenetic and synchronous sliver combo!! the bonesplitter,fury and shadow sliver will give the mark down!!!!
i would suggest sliver legion...with that and many slivers on your side you could just pwn the opponent on 5th or 6th turn! im not sure if you could play it though but gemhide slivers would do...
sliver legion? ya that would be great but it will be very hard to count their power and toughness, hehehehehe........ :P
i would recomend door of destinies ,for every sliver you play after door of destinies they all get +1+1in other word if you play Door of Destinies and then play say 4 slivers all slivers on your side of the field get +4+4 which means even if your opponet plays slivers yours get +4+4 that thier slivers dont get
