I own all the cards to the deck and my favorite block is Kamigawa. I feel (despite the few power-house cards from the block) Kamigawa doesn't get much love in the realm of use.I built Patron of the Moon to give an "Underdog" aspect because of it's appearance of a lower tier commander.
This Commander deck has a mono blue core with counters, control, and "stax" cards. The main win conditions are Commander damage using Strata Scythe, infinite mana to draw out a player, and/or "poking" people by bouncing potential blockers and denying mana to defend themselves.

I would love to but this deck is what I have currently built in real life. Eventually when I come across one, I will add it.
