Deck Description

the side deck is a variation that uses mindslaver over and over indefinately.

How to Play

high mana ramp, start with a forrest, than drop the cloud posts. save moments piece to stop 5 damage or higher. infinite spellburst with good mana. creatures only need one punch to destroy a whole deck.

pay attention to cards that say "draw basic land" and cards that say "draw a land" as well as putting them into play. ;)

this deck has speed and loses only to the fastest of burn decks.

Meh why not, just don't want to not get credit for it, but whats the point if no one plays/uses it.

Cloudpost is almost nothing without Glimmerpost. This ramp isn't going to get your fatties out very quick either. Might as well use hypergenesis or quicksilver amulet, but Channel's the only card I see getting you sufficient ramp as it sits. Rampant growth > Reap and Sow, too.

Really don't see the purpose of Birds in this deck. You could take them, Sakura-tribe elder and primeval titan out completely, and replace with 4x arbor elf/llanowar elves/priest of titania or Elvish Archdruid.

Don't take this the wrong way, but if it 'only loses to the fastest of burn decks,' your opponents don't have much to bring to the proverbial table.

sakura and birds are for turn 1 or 2 mana burst. the cloudpost are great with the vesuva (glimmer sucks) reap and sow let me grab a land, not a basic land. very key to pull vesuva's and cloudposts out of my deck. same with primeval titan. every turn he pulls 2 cloudpost or vesuva's out of the deck. he is brutal for this deck. weenies can't do anything with the moment piece along with oath :)

i do like hypergenesis, may have to put that in side deck. arbor elf too slow. same with llanowar elves, i use the birds to cast blue or green. priest needs to go full elf which i understand with the guys you have, they are just to easy to kill tho. quicksilver looks good too, but i used to have elvish pipers which are more cost efficient and would have fit in your initial elf idea. but that was a few stages back, this listing obliterates the elf version. print out a proxy and play it a bit, it may suprise you ^_^
