Your starting hand will almost always consist of all land, take advantage of as many free mulligans as you can as the more cards in your hand that have CMC 1 or higher will result in being able to combo off at a lower health than 30 (as this will be less life loss from digging them out of the deck with Ad Nauseam).The current brew CANNOT combo off at or below 30 health (and not having any CMC 1+ cards in hand or on the battlefield).Turn 1: Play Swamp, cast as much artifact based mana acceleration from your hand.Turn 2: Play Swamp, cast as much artifact based mana acceleration from your hand (Bonus if you can also cast Zombie Infestation this turn and without the use of spell based mana acceleration).*Here is where you can start setting up your board*Turn 3: Play Swamp, cast Maralen of the Mornsong from the Command Zone (repeat this step until you have been able to start a turn with and use Commander ability).Turn 4: Lose 3 life (37 health), search for Teferi's Puzzle Box. Play Swamp, cast Teferi's Puzzle Box. Turn 5: Lose 3 life (35 health), search for Ad Nauseam. Play Swamp, cast Ad Nauseam, (continue effect until you have drawn your entire library) lose 26 life (9 health). From there you can combo out and kill everyone in a couple of ways, let me know what you think when you find out how mean they all are.
