There is one infinite combo (exquisite blood with Vizkopa Guildmage, Defiant Bloodlord, Sanguine Bond, or Cliffhaven Vampire) but mostly you win by dealing direct damage through cards like debt to the debtless and exsanguinate. What really makes this deck work is the massive amount of draw and ramp that is in it. I think it is somewhere around 30% draw and ramp. Rhox Faithmender is also a way to win.
