As the title says, this Commander deck is built around slowly pinging your opponents for life as you benefit from their demise. *You'll notice some of the card choices included aren't optimal, but they represent an incomplete collection. As new cards come up, they'll be added to the sideboard column and, when they're picked up and added to the deck, the list will freflec tthe changes*
There's plenty of ways to play this deck, but simply put, don't be aggro (at least not with creature attacks). Feel free to blast your opponent's creatures with the several removal tools available to you, especially once you've benefited from their entering the board through things like the soul sisters. Sit back, relax, and let them slowly drain their own life. If you happen upon the Diabolic Tutor, go ahead and tutor for that Aetherflux Reservoir, pop off some removal to boost your life, then blast away with the atomic fishtank.
