This is my Yasova commander deck. It's the first commander I've built from scratch. I've only been playing magic for three or four months, so any positive/constructive criticism is welcome, such as switches with the sideboard, which are the fifteen cards I agonized over taking out. It's a bit of a budget deck, as i used stuff I already had and a budget of $45. Otherwise it would likely sport a Sword of Feast and Famine and a few other high priced cards.
This is a Commander deck that uses Yasova Dragonclaw as it's commander. It centers around her trigger ability, with lots of buffs to both power and protect her, such as Boar Umbra, Verdant Embrace, and Swiftfoot Boots. Other cards, like Dominus of Fealty, can also steal cards. Use Breath of Fury and Hellkite Charger to gain extra combat steps to use Yasova twice a turn. Once you control creatures, do everything to not give them back. Sacrifice them with Goblin Bombardment or by bouncing Grafted Wargear off of tokens. Keep them with Conjuring Closet, Bazaar Trader, and Shivan Harvest. Use Empress Galina to steal your opponent's commander and defeat them with it.This deck needs to mana ramp a bit in the early game to cover later costs. Xenagos, God of Revels and Prophet of Kruphix are effective with this. In the late game, steal everything you can. If you can't keep the toy, break it.
